Business Communications & VoIP

Phones, meetings, and messaging as one managed system: hosted VoIP or Teams calling, contact center for the teams that live on the phone, and conference rooms that start on time.

Phone systems without the phone company experience

We select, deploy, and manage hosted VoIP platforms and Microsoft Teams Phone: number porting handled end to end, call flows and auto-attendants designed around how your firm actually answers, desk phones and softphones provisioned before day one, and seats managed through the same ticketing system as everything else. When something breaks, you call us, not a carrier queue.

Contact center and business texting

Sales desks and support teams get contact center capability where it earns its keep: queues, call recording, analytics, and CRM screen-pop. Business SMS rides the same numbers with the registration and compliance work (10DLC) done properly, and eFax replaces the last physical fax line, which matters for finance and healthcare paperwork.

Conference rooms that just work

We design and install Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms: displays, cameras, microphones tuned to the room, one-touch join, and centralized monitoring so a dead room gets fixed before the 9am meeting finds it. Room hardware joins the same asset lifecycle as every other managed device.

One bill, one throat to choke

Communications typically arrives as four vendor relationships: carrier, phone platform, fax, and A/V installer. Managed communications collapses that into one: we source the platforms through our distribution partnerships, manage the contracts and renewals, and own every issue end to end, including the ones where the carrier insists nothing is wrong.
